Description of Mark
The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of product packaging in the nature of a box for crayons. The package is yellow with a generally rectangular design at the center of the front panel having a multi-colored bottom portion and an upper semicircular portion depicting upper ends of blue, green, yellow, orange, red, pink and purple crayons with black bands featuring correspondingly colored dots wrapped around the top of each. A black band appears behind the crayons and along the bottom perimeter of the packaging, and a widening red curved line is displayed above the center of the black band that ends at the point of a partially shown red crayon in the same style as the others. The dotted lines forming the shape of the package and the outlines of the crayons are not part of the mark and are merely intended to show the position of the mark.
