The mark consists of an elongated small letter t which stretches outward and upward to form a nearly inverted letter D with the letter t nearly encased in it. A stylized vector design of an arrow head facing the north east direction sits above the top of the elongated letter t. On the right side of the design is the literal element PRINGLE TELLUS; the word PRINGLE in stylized uppercase letters placed above the word TELLUS which is also in stylized uppercase letters. The letter E in the word TELLUS is inverted backwards. The color white outside the design is background or transparent area and is not a feature of the mark.
