The mark consists of a stylized mountain with two peaks. The stylized mountain has a thick, black outline around it. Inside the thick, black outline are the words "EVEREST, EVEREST, REFRIGERATION." In the center of the stylized mountain and within the thick, black outline is a stylized illustration of a polar bear against a backdrop of two mountains and a sky. The polar bear is shown from the chest up, has a white body, two white ears with gray interior, two black eyes, a black nose and a black mouth. The bear wears a red scarf with frills. The two mountains are white in color with light blue shading denoting shadows. The sky is a soft, radial gradation starting with white from the center to mid-tone blue. Another set of "EVEREST REFRIGERATION" is located at the bottom center of the mark. "EVEREST" is blue in color, and is in all caps with the first letter E being 50% larger than the rest of the letters. The word "REFRIGERATION" is smaller in font size and is on top of the word "EVEREST", is white in color, all caps and inside a red rectangular box.
