The square has an off centered white line forming a tall backward S dividing the square into two unequal left and right halves. On either side of the backwards S are two off centered whites lines dividing the left and right sides of the square into two more unequal parts. Together the lines create four unequal and irregularly shaped quadrants within the square. The top left quadrant is dark green. The lower left quadrant is light green. The upper right quadrant is goldenrod. And the lower right quadrant is orange. To the right of the square the words western health are stacked on top of each other. The word western is brown and the word health is dark green.
