The mark consists of The words "THROCKMORTON LAW FIRM" are written in all capital letters, in the Palatino typeface, as follows: The word "Throckmorton" is written in a line and centered above the words "Law Firm"; The first letter "T" of "Throckmorton" is a Drop Capital slightly greater than twice the size of the rest of the word, "Throckmorton", and is centered vertically with the rest of the word "Throckmorton"; A horizontal line separates the words "Throckmorton" and "Law Firm" but does not extend all the way left to the Drop Capital T at the beginning of "Throckmorton"; All three uses of the letter "O" are modified from the standard Palatino letter "O" to each contain a smaller, slightly canted oval resembling the outer letter "O", measuring approximately one half (1/2) the diameter of the outer letter O, joining with the outer letter "O" at the top of the letter and hanging into the middle of the letter; The line weight of the inner oval in each letter "O" is greatest at its bottom, but no greater than the maximum thickness of the outer letter "O", and gradually reduces to the top, at which the line disappears; and The top approximately fifteen (15) degrees of each letter O is absent where it converges with its inner oval and where the inner oval line weight disappears.
