The mark consists of image comprised of a downward facing hook shape that is curved to the right. The hook is shaded light blue at the top which gradually changes to a darker blue shade toward the bottom of the hook. Where the lower curved tip of the hook ends, it is overlaid on top of a portion of the an upward pointing green leaf where the right side of the green leaf is partially obscured by the tip of the hook. A portion of the center seam of the leaf is shaded white. Seven blue shaded circles of varying sizes linked, four of which are linked together in a non-linear disjointed daisy chain manner by blue lines, hovers just above the tip of the leaf with the blue circles appearing to extend away from the leaf.
