The mark consists of Three colored thick lines of different sizes each with a sloped notch removed at the top all contained within a square. The space between the three thick lines is not colored and thinner. The smallest line is vertical located in the upper right hand corner of the square. The middle line bends at a 90 degree angle around the smallest and the largest line that also bends at a 90 degree angle is located to left of that in the bottom left hand corner of the square.
