The mark consists of a square with a curved bottom and slightly rounded corners outlined by a thick yellow single line border within which appears a tan single line within which appears a solid blue background. At the top of the square appears the stylized literal element OSOGBO in tan below which is stacked the stylized literal elements FOOTBALL CLUB in tan with three yellow horizontal lines on each side. Below this appears a yellow and blue soccer ball outlined by a tan single line border extending outside the square. Three tan stars in descending size appear on each side of the soccer ball.
