The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the services provided by a business utilizing HVAC Contractor Services; Construction project management services; Hazardous waste clean-up services; Hazardous waste transportation services; Construction Services; Building construction services; Construction of civil engineering structures; Hydro-electric factory construction; Excavation services; Installation of utilities in construction sites; Construction of roads, underground utilities, and housing pads; Construction services, namely, concrete paving, site clearing, excavation, pad preparation, grading, and asphalt paving services; Concrete pouring and forming for buildings and other commercial or public concrete structures; Building demolition; Road construction; Installation of solar installations for generating power; Construction grading services; Soil erosion control services; disinfection services; and Water Treatment Services, have met the standards, qualifications, and training requirements established by the certifier for avoiding environmental problems and carrying comprehensive environmental insurance.
