The mark consists of Two overlapping, equal-sized squares, with the bottom square rotated 45 degrees relative to the upper square, the lower square being segmented into four color suqare regions defined by intersecting lines from the midpoint of each side to the midpoint of the opposite side and colored clockwise from left as dark blue, goldenrod, brown, harvest orange, and with the upper square being black with the a stylized S&A appearing in white letters centered within the black square.
