The mark consists of The mark consists of the underlined pink stylized wording "DEE DEE'S" above a stylized image of a van or truck that is outlined in black with a white upper half, blue lower half, gray and white windows, a black and gray grille on the front, a black opening on the side with a gray hatch open above it, a gray bumper, black tires with white sides and orange hub caps, and a design on the side of the van depicting a pink daiquiri in a gray cup within a white circle with a black outline. Beside the van are two black lines indicating movement. Below the van design appears first a gray shadow and then the stylized wording "DAIQUIRIS" with each letter a different color, as follows, starting with "D" and ending with "S": green, purple, pink, blue, yellow, purple, green, pink, and blue. All other instances of white represent background and are not claimed as a feature of the mark.
