Through the ampersand "&" and below the word PROPERTY and above the word BEYOND is a thin purple around with the end pointing to the purple circle. In the center are the words "ABOVE & BEYOND" With the letter "A" from "ABOVE", the ampersand "&" and the letter "B" from "BEYOND" in purple capital bold letters. The rest of the letters of the words "ABOVE" and "BEYOND" are in grey bold lowercase letters. There is no space between the words "ABOVE", "&" and "BEYOND". The word "RESTORATION" has its first letter, the letter "R" in capital while the others are lowercase. It has the same font size and grey color as the word "PROPERTY". Under the second "P" of the word "PROPERTY" through the "Y" of "PROPERTY", all the way until the left side of the purple "&" of "ABOVE & BEYOND" is a thin purple line. To the right of the "&" from "ABOVE & BEYOND", going above the "B" from "BEYOND" to the beginning of the letter "Y" from the word "BEYOND" is still this same purple line, same size, but with a purple arrowhead at the right end. On the right of the purple arrowhead, is a purple circle which in size has a diameter equal to the letters "Y" and "O" of the word "BEYOND" located below it. In this purple circle is a drawing of a building and a house. The building is on the left in the circle while the house is on the right in that same circle. The building has a grey background and six white windows, three on the left and three on the right. The house which is connected to the building with its left side, has a white background, two grey windows and a grey door. The windows are located on the left and on the right of the grey door. The background of the logo is white and there is a thin purple outline surrounding the entire design and wording.
