The mark consists of a hexagon with the two upper sides of the hexagon longer than the left and right sides of the hexagon and equal in length but mirroring the two lower sides of the hexagon; the left and right sides of the hexagon are equal in length and orientation to each other; a circle centered in the middle of the hexagon and a horizontal line not touching the boundary of the inner circle, but itself subsequently centered within the circle. For the left and right sides of the outer hexagon, a straight line is portended from the bottom of the left and right sides to the top vertex of the pentagon, and a straight line from the top of the left and right sides to the bottom vertex of the pentagon.
