Between the lower portion of the two concentric circles are a series of small, filled-in circles. The words "PACE-PAK" are located between the two lines that intersect the concentric circles. Generally above the "E-P" of "PACE-PAK", and intersecting the straight line, are two intersecting elongated ovals with pointed ends. Within the interior of the inner concentric circle are lines of alternating lengths that point from the circle towards the center of the design, that are in the background of all other elements of the design.
