The mark consists of white background, centered vertically and starting on the left a grey circle with two white horizontal lines, from a capital F, in the top left and half of a plus sign in the bottom right followed by a small space then the word "fifty" in black small letters followed by a small space and then the word "HEALTH" all capitalized grey letters but half as tall as the first word and with an orange "+" symbol at the top center above the last letter of the first word and first letter of the last word.
