The mark consists of The mark consists of the three-dimensional trade dress of a dining cart. The dining cart itself is comprised of a rectangular wooden farm wagon on wheels. The exterior wall of the wagon is comprised of a split rail fence with horizontal wooden panels and a top rail. At the center of one of the sides of the wagon is the entrance gate. Stairs leading into the entrance gate are affixed to the base the wagon. Two sides of the wagon extend beyond the height of the fence and are adjoined by wooden cross beams across the length of the wagon. The extended sides of the wagon form multiple shelves the width of the wagon on both sides hosting decorative items. In the interior of the wagon, on each side of the wagon, there is a wooden bar/workspace comprised of horizontal wooden panels with a countertop for serving and seating as well as a back counter with space in between the bar and back countertop positioned widthwise along the wagon. Each bar has a swinging door on the right-side allowing access to behind the bar/workspace and the remaining portion of the wagon.
