The mark consists of an image of a burro with human-like features. The burro consists of a tortilla, outlined, with fries emerging from the top. Having eyebrows, a nose, a mouth with a tongue, and sunglasses with a glare are placed near the top of the burro. Below this, a shirt is placed. On the shirt, a lowercase letter, "X" followed by a stylized fork overlaying a spoon in the shape of an "X", followed by a lowercase letter, "X"; with the stylized wording, "BURROS" printed below in caps; with "& FRIES" printed below "BURROS"; and a short horizontal bar on the left, and right of the wording, "EST. 2009", which is in smaller print below the letters, "FRIES", with all of the foregoing containing specks of varying sizes. On either side of the burro, arms are placed with glove-like hands. Below the shirt, shorts are placed. The Burro has two legs and wears shoes.
