The mark consists of the stylized word COMPOST! sitting atop a mound of stylized soil. The font for letters C, M, P, and S in COMPOST! are all designed in reference to retro 70's styling, and are slightly tilted. The first O is stylized and is represented by a peace sign, and is also tilted. The second O is stylized and represented by the same peace symbol, flipped upside down. The T is stylized and is represented by a mushroom. The exclamation point at the far right of the logo is tilted, with the bottom point to be found in the mound of soil and surrounded by a flower. The stylized mound of soil also features two oval cutouts under the first peace symbol, and a chain link of smaller peace symbol cutouts under the second peace sign.
