The mark consists of an abstract design composed of filled circles of varying sizes, most of which are connected by short lines, suggesting a telecommunications, computer, or neurological network. The composition of circles are organized into two curved shapes which are immediately adjacent to and mirror each other, and vaguely resemble opening and closing question marks as used in Spanish language. One curved shape has darker circles at its bottom, while the other has darker circles at its top. The space between the two curved shapes creates an omit roughly in the shape of a rectangle in between them. The design is centered above the word "CarePoint" and the word "Telehealth" is centered below the word "CarePoint".
