The mark consists of a circle with a thick black colored outermost circlular ring. Inside of the black ring at the center top is the white text NY PIZZA spread out and arched within thetop of the band. On the left of this band is the white text EST. and on the opposite or right side of the band is the white text '99 . Inside the center bottom of the outer black ring is the white text GRILL. On both sides of the word "GRILL" is a white colored olive-like branch with leaves arching/fanning upward in the same respective direction of the outer black band. The inner most circle inside of said black ring, is divided into 3 equal vertical spaces expanding to fit within the frame of the black circular ring. From left to right the first space is colored red, then white and then blue. Inside of the center white space is a black and white image/picture of the statue of liberty woman. Her left arm is holding a book to her body. Her right arm is extended upward and she is holding a black pizza pie with a white ring representing the crust. On the right top of the pizza pie there is one slice of pizza appearing separated from the pie and is defined with a white crust and white circles representing pepperoni pieces.
