The mark consists of a white silhouette of an eagle centered inside two concentric circles, the outer circle has a gray outline and white interior, the inner circle has a blue background; across the lower portion of both circles is a red banner behind the eagle's silhouette and the words "FAITH AND FREEDOM FIGHTERS" in blue and all-capital letters in a circular pattern between the borders of the two concentric circles; white stars are overlaid on the red banner and one blue star is on each side of the words "FIGHTERS". The design is comprised of the eagle's silhouette, circular pattern, and banner and is centered on a rectangle whose upper half is solid blue and whose lower half is a portion of the white stars over blue and red and white stripes of the American flag.
