The mark consists of circle with a thin and white outermost ring. Inside of this is ring is a thick black circlular ring. Inside of the black ring at the top is the white text NYPGC on the left is the white text EST. and on the right is the white text '99. Inside the bottom of the black ring is the white text EVERY BITE, ALWAYS RIGHT! The inner most circle is divided into 3 equal vertical spaces expanding to fit within the frame of the black circular ring. From left to right the first space is colored red, then white and then blue. Inside of the center white space is a black and white image/picture of the statue of liberty woman. Her left arm is holding a book to her body. Her right arm is extended upward and she is holding a black pizza pie with a white ring representing the crust. On the right top of the pizza pie there is one slice of pizza appearing separated from the pie and is defined with a white crust and white pepperoni pieces.
