The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising the design of a can with several different images surrounding the can, including the word "CLUBBY" stylized, an image of a golf cart with golf clubs in the back, an image of a lemon slanted to the right from bottom to top with a leaf on the top, an image of a glass with liquid almost to the top of the glass and a lemon on the rim and a straw, an image of a golf ball with shading on the left and bottom side, an image of a raspberry with leaves and a stem on the top of the raspberry, an image of a pair of golf clubs crossed in the middle with the club heads on the bottom, and an image of a golf green with a flag on the top, where each image is spaced equally apart in horizontal lines around the can; the broken lines depicting the can are intended to show positioning of the labeling and are not claimed features of the mark.
