The mark consists of a literal element at the center-right of the mark which displays the stacked and left-aligned words of "TECHI TORCH" in an all-caps block lettering. To the left of the wording is a drawing of a very thin contrasting vertical line that separates the wording from the design element to its left. The design element consists of the lengthwise sundered and split-"T" design element and is composed of two equivalent geometric right-angle rectangular designs having long trunks and short stems and shown as facing away from each other and with an open separation space in the middle of the two sides. The mark's outer rectangular border with rounded corners is created by two concentric rectangular perimeter lines and is situated atop the under-most rectangular background layer. Each word and design element in the mark is shown as being in contrast against its background and in contrast aside the other elements composing the mark.
