The mark consists of a grey square box with rounded corners with the bottom left side of the box having an open space where the lines do not meet and where the words "The Ryan Privilege Quotient" in bolded dark blue letters are between the box's open lines where the words "The Ryan" are on top of the words "Privilege Quotient." The grey square box contains a yellow filled shield where the shield contains a smaller shield inside. The inner shield contains the capital letters "PQ" in dark moderate blue and the inner shield is outlined with a gold thick line and is filled with varying degrees of yellow and white with the bottom portion starting in gold and brightening up to a light yellow at the top and where a white streak strikes across the inner shield from the upper left side to across the top right portion where the white streak crosses through the upper left portion of the capital letter "P." The white streak contains various degrees of white with the center being the brightest white and where the left and right side of the streak darken to darker shades of white until it blends into the appropriate shade of yellow within the inner shield. There are three light grey shapes of various sizes that together form a wind illustration effect that are attached to the left side of the inner shield and extend through the outer shield and into the empty inside space of the grey square box. The remaining space inside the grey square box is white. The background of the mark is negative space that will appear in the color of the surface upon which it is placed.
