The mark consists of multiple concentric circles in black with the inner part containing an illustrated human figure design in black wearing a cap, long-sleeved shirt, pants, and shoes and pushing a cart full of scraps, electronics, and other recyclables. Surrounding the perimeter of the inner circle contains the wording "RAG & BONE" in black lettering with the recyclable symbol in green in place of the letter "o" in "bone" and all of the foregoing superimposed onto the top portion of the circle with a white background. The word "RECYCLING" is written in black lettering on a white background on the bottom portion of the circle beneath the human figure design. A black circular dot on a white background is on the right side of the area surrounding the perimeter of the inner circle, and another black circular dot on a white background is on the left side of the area surrounding the perimeter of the inner circle; the center of the inner circle is equidistant to the two dots.
