The mark consists of The mark consists of a caricature of a heart. Depicted on the upper left corner of the heart is a vinyl record represented by a circle. Within the circle depicting a vinyl record exists two curvy intersecting lines illustrating a moving disc with motion. Stemming from the bottom of the heart to the upper left corner where the record resides is the stylus arm of a record player. There is a check mark stress lines on the lower right section of the heart. The words, "How Lovely," are placed on top of the vinyl record. "How Lovely" are in stylized script. The stylized script is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The color white represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent area and is/are not part of the mark.
