The mark consists of a blue circle and inside the blue circle are three separate sections. The first section is a small blue sector nested in a blue arch that extends from the sector, the blue arch runs parallel with the arch of the sector, the arch shifts angularly and becomes a blue line and the blue line runs parallel with on of the lines of the sector, the line angularly shifts and becomes a blue line, and the line runs parallel with the other line of the sector and terminates on the blue. The second section is a small blue sector nested in a blue arch that extends from the sector, the blue arch runs parallel with the arch of the sector, the arch shifts angularly and becomes a blue line and the blue line runs parallel with on of the lines of the sector, the line angularly shifts and becomes a blue line, and the line runs parallel with the other line of the sector and terminates on the blue. The third section is a small gold triangular sector that is nested in a blue arch that extends from the sector, the blue arch runs parallel with the arch of the sector, the arch shifts angularly and becomes a blue line and the blue line runs parallel with one of the lines of the sector. The blue line angularly shifts and becomes a blue line and the blue line runs parallel with the other line of the sector and terminates on the blue circle. Separating the sections is a blue "Y" where the terminating lines of the "V" of the "Y" terminates on the blue circle and the leg of the blue "Y" terminates on the circle. The areas between the blue lines within the blue circle are transparent.
