The mark consists of a front of a ship consisting of: a left black angled portion with a ninety-degree open to the left, and, a right black angled portion with a ninety-degree open to the right, the right and left portions of the ship separated by a white vertical gap; and further consisting of: a left trapezoidal portion of a rudder extending into the open angle of the left portion of the ship and also extending from a bottom vertical portion of the front of the ship whereby the left trapezoidal portion has 10 white stars against a black background, three black stripes, and two white stripes, and, a right trapezoidal portion of the rudder directly and linearly across from the left trapezoidal portion, wherein the right trapezoidal portion extends from the open angle of the right portion of the ship and from a vertical bottom portion of the ship, and the right trapezoidal portion contains three black stripes and two white stripes, both of the left and right trapezoidal portions are bordered about the periphery with black.
