The mark consists of two horizontal intersecting circles, each circle comprised of a thin outer border line, a bold and thicker middle line and a thin inner-line, with four horizonal lines connecting the circles in the middle creating an uneven checkerboard pattern, at the top of the intersecting circles is a semi-circle comprised of four equal weighted lines with a small solid circle in the middle and at the bottom of the interesting circles is another identical semi-circle as the top semi-circle.
