The mark consists of the words Synergetic Play Therapy Institute without any claim to font style, size or color, and a rosette positioned to the left of and adjacent to the words and having a shaded circular center surrounded by a white background, a pair of rings positioned coaxially with the circular center, the innermost ring being a darker shade than the outer most ring, a top layer of outwardly extending petals having uniform spaces therebetween and a bottom layer of outwardly extending petals positioned therebeneath in the spaces intermediate the petals in the top layer, the shading of the top layer being darker than the shading of the bottom layer.
