The mark consists of the front and reverse sides of product packaging trade dress of ready-to-bake bakery goods and the terms ZINHO GARLIC BREAD MADE WITH REAL GARLIC MILD SPICY WITH CHEESE on the front of the product packaging and ZINHO and WWW.ZINHO.COM on the reverse of the product packaging. The product packaging configuration consists of a red exterior border on the front of the packaging and extending across the back of the same, an open-faced display window through which five (5) stuffed-to-capacity, fresh, pre-sliced pieces of "ready-to-bake" garlic bread may be viewed, the stylized word ZINHO in yellow set within a red oval, a stylized wood-grain center panel upon which the words GARLIC BREAD appear in white with spotting for effect, appearing as air bubbles within dough, underneath the foregoing appears the wording MADE WITH REAL GARLIC in white and underneath that appears the words MILD SPICY within a red rectangle-shaped device to the right of which appear four (4) stylized peppers, one of which is in red and the remaining three are in white to convey the "mild" nature of the spice, and directly underneath that appears the words WITH CHEESE in yellow within a brownish rectangle-shaped device. Under the foregoing is a stylized depiction of a baked loaf of bread. Stylized renderings of finished product served on a wooden cutting board with a slices of yellow cheese and garnishes, namely, parsley, chives, garlic and a whole pepper, appear in the lower right-hand corner of the front of the product packaging. On the reverse of the product packaging on the lower half of the same, appears the word ZINHO in yellow set within a red oval and in the lower left quadrant appears Applicant's domain name, WWW.ZINHO.COM with "WWW." and ".COM" in black and "ZINHO" in yellow. In the upper half of the reverse side of the product packaging, preparation instruction icons appear within a brown rectangle shape in brown, with instructions appearing in white, yellow and red. The white areas on the back of the product packaging trade dress represent background and is not part of the mark. The dotted outline of the rectangular shape of the packaging is not part of the mark but is merely intended to show the position of the product packaging trade dress on the goods.
