The mark consists of a motion mark, namely, a stylized representation of a ribbon leaning diagonally to the right with two curved lines joined to form the top of the ribbon and three curved lines joined to form the bottom of the ribbon, with the motion starting at the bottom of the ribbon as green, magenta, and gray colors slide from the bottom toward the top of the ribbon three different times with these three colors rotating in their relative positions each time. The word component of the mark, "JAYPIRCA", appears in gray to the right of the ribbon. The areas of white represent background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent areas and are not part of the mark.
