The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress depicting a rail for a firearm. The rail includes a front end with a top lip and a bottom lip with the top lip and bottom lip extending over a circular opening forming the front end of the rail. The front end has two gaps, one defined on the left and one defined right of the front end between the top and bottom lips. The top of the rail includes a series of trapezoidal raised ridges, separated by flat depressions with scalloped ends, extending along the top of the rail. The first ridge wider than the following ridges and forming the top lip and the last ridge having an angled rear edge extending longitudinally from the rail. The side of the rail includes a downward angled top edge extending to a flat sidepiece. The flat sidepiece contains a series of horizontal oval oblong openings defined into the flat sidepiece. The bottom of the sidepiece of the rail forms a semi-circular canal extending the entirety of the sidepiece of the rail. The muzzle brake also includes a square box containing a round attachment catch positioned on the bottom of the rail.
