The mark consists of a three-dimensional jewelry design consisting of a jewelry item having a central cushion-cut stone with checkerboard faceting. At each corner of the cushion-cut stone is a rounded prong, and there are two diamonds in each prong in a flush setting. There is a cabled hidden basket around the backside of the cushion-cut stone. The four rounded prongs are perpendicular to the cabled hidden basket, and the backsides of the prongs extend over the cabled hidden basket. The proportional relationship between the size of the prongs and the size of the cushion-cut stone is not a feature of the mark. The portions of the design shown in broken lines are intended solely to indicate the positioning of the mark and are not part of the mark. Further, except as stated herein, the materials from which the design is made are not a feature of the mark.
