The mark consists of Enclosed within the dimensions of a perfect circle, the three primary separate components are the graphic representation of a sword in the center, a graphic representation of a wing on the left, and a graphic representation of a wing on the right. The graphic sword extends from the lower edge to the upper edge of the perfect circle. The graphic sword contains the following visual elements: on the handle of the sword horizontal stripes numbering twelve or fewer, on the blade of the sword a single vertical line, on the hilt of the sword a single outline circle. The graphic left wing contains rows and columns of geometrically represented feathers in the style of wings shown in Phoenician carvings and paintings. The right wing is a mirror image of the left wing. The outer perimeter of the wings conform to the shape of a perfect circle. All three primary separate components are separated by blank space between them. The interior perimeter of each graphic wing component is shown to loosely conform, but not touch, the outer perimeter of the graphic sword component. All graphic components and elements are the same color, to be shown on a background of a single but different color.
