The mark consists of the product design and layout of an over-sized three-dimensional inflated model of a heart, namely, a human heart. The three-dimensional inflated model has an exterior, an interior, and a generally flat bottom. The exterior has three-dimensional features, namely, over-sized veins and arteries, and plaques. The interior has three-dimensional features in the passageway, namely, pillowed walls, inflated representations of features of the heart, and rooms passing through chambers of the heart. The interior has soft, flexible walls along the passageway. The three-dimensional inflated model has a single story, over-sized passageway through the interior with over-sized openings through the exterior and into the passageway. The mark consists of the unique shape, size, and layout of the three-dimensional inflated model, namely, the shape, size, and layout of the over-sized arteries and veins on and protruding from the exterior of the three-dimensional inflated model; the shape, size, and layout of the over-sized openings into the interior of the three-dimensional inflated model; the shape, size, and layout of the passageway along blood flow pathways in the hear; the shape, size, and layout of the pillowed surface of the interior of the three-dimensional inflated model; and the overall shape, size, and layout of the three-dimensional inflated model. The bright colors of the three-dimensional inflated model are claimed as a feature of the mark, including the colors red and colors in the blue to purple range. The placement and contents of the plaques on the three-dimensional inflated model do not form a part of the mark.
