The mark consists of A circle with an upside down triangle inside of it, a line runs horizontally within the circle and through the triangle a third of the way north from the bottom peak of the triangle. The circle is centered halfway on top of an upside down arch shape, the arch shape is made up of 3 arch columns. Lines run from the top half of the circle outwards. Three lines evenly distributed in distance from each other run outward from the bottom of the circle past the outline of the arch, each line has one small circle at the end.
