The mark consists of a brown eagle with spread wings, white head and yellow black facing left and yellow claws holding a red, white and blue ribbon and having in front of its body a shield with the letters UBOTUS in capital blue letters on a white background across the white top of the shield above a circle of red, white and blue stars on a tan background comprisingthe remainder portion of the shield with two white soles of baby feet outlined in blue in the center of the circle of stars, with the shield ending at its base in an inverted triangular point. The eagle and is centered in a tan shaded circle with the words "IN GOD WE TRUST" in all red capital letters arched above the eagle. The tan circle is outlined with a white circle having a double band of tan lines on its outer periphery and within the white circle are the words "UNBORN BABIES OF THE UNITED STATES" in all blue capital letters, extending around the circle and ending with a brown star at the base of the circle.
