The mark consists of three-dimensional configuration comprised of a somewhat hourglass-shaped bottle in green background color and the top portion of which is in gold background color; there are words "SUMMER'S EVE" in stylized form in gold color, which are above an inverted droplet in gold color, and the stylized letters "S" and "E" in green color, which are within such inverted droplet and separated by a vertical green line, all of which are on the green background on the front of the bottle; the broken lines depicting the outline of the lid of the bottle and indicating placement of the mark but are not part of the mark.
