The mark consists of the stylized and attached letters VB on a side of a stylized barrel comprised of three concentric circles with 18 spikes going from the second circle to the innermost third circle, with 4 horizontal lines, segmented, going across the barrel, there is a crown at the top of the interior circle with a horizontal stylized flower on the left and on the right of the crown,  there is a small shaded in circle above the left side of the V, three shaded in circles, varying in size, above the right side of the letter B, there are two shaded in circles at the lower right side of the B, and two shaded in circles on the lower left side of the V, the barrel design sits on a base with three horizontal lines, descending in size below the base.
