The mark consists of a black outlined rectangular box located in the center, with a solid black letter "P" inside the rectangle; emanating out from the rectangular box are three sets of a series of colored rectangles, each set curving out from and graduating in the number of rectangles in rows of four, seven and eleven rectangles; the upper set of rectangles in the color orange starting at the lower left side of the rectangular box, the right side set of rectangles in the color yellow starting at the top of the rectangular box, and the lower set of rectangles in the color grey starting at the bottom right side of the rectangular box.
