The mark consists of five circular shaped coals grouped together and outlined with a dark gray color; all five coals have a white colored interior with smaller pieces of dark gray coal inside the main coals; the top of the five coals begin to change color from dark gray to dark red signifying intense fire; the red colored flames then expand upwards gradually changing to orange; the top of the flame changes to yellow; there is one large flame and two smaller flames outlined inside of the first large flame; below the five dark gray coals the letters BRASAO with a small wave above the second letter appear in a bold dark gray color; below the letters BRASAO there is a bold dark gray solid line that begins underneath the letter B and stretches to the right until it stops underneath the letter O; underneath the solid line the letters BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE appear in a dark gray color with a thinner letter size in comparison with BRASAO; the letters BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE is separated by two small dark gray steak knives; the steak knives are placed together to form an X between the the letters BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE.
