The mark consists of an image with two lines of text spaced out with a drawn image inside. At the top it reads "ESOM HILL" in a stylized font. Below that is an image showing many hills with on of the background hill having a log cabin on top of it with smoke coming out of the chimney. There is a path leading away from the hill and covered by the forefront hill that shows a whiskey still that's in use with a large low rock just behind. The boiler is on a fire and has a band with the words "ESOM HILL" inside of it. There is steam puffs at each of the joints on the pipes leading to the barrel. The barrel has a tap with a jug underneath that has a label band with "XXX" on it. Underneath the image is the bottom text that reads "UNIVERSITY" in a stylized font.
