The mark consists of a large stylized "A" where the middle post extends into an arrow that curves around and points to the top of the "A". Then starting on the other side is another arrow that curves down from the top of the "A" and points into the starting bar inside the "A". There is a snowflake image inside the tip of the left side arrow as well as two snowflake images in the background that are partially covered by the arrow. The right side arrow has sunrays wrapped around it's outer edge.
