The mark consists of the outlined stylized word "NESTVILLE" above the outlined stylized word "WHISKY" with a horizontal line appearing below the word "WHISKY" and all of the foregoing located beneath a logo consisting of the stylized letter "N" with its right vertical line missing and the stylized slanted letter "V" centered between a fanciful design of two birds standing on a mountain range and each with one leg raised and facing each other and with the underlined stylized words "NESTVILLE" and "DISTILLERY" respectively appearing on each side of the birds. Below the horizontal line, the stylized words "TATRA MOUNTAINS WHISKY" are centered beneath a partially snow-covered mountain range design. All of the foregoing appears in an outlined vertical banner/label. The second part of the label appears below and consists of an outlined rectangle containing four horizontal rows of dots of different lengths to the left of a vertical divider line and two solid vertical lines to the right of the divider line.
