The mark consists of The EL DESAHAGO stylized mark features a large agave plant outlined and shaded in black with 5 leaves, 2 on the left side, the leaf closest to the top leaf curving approximately 270 degrees to the left, the leaf below the top left leaf curving approximately 150 degrees, one center leaf pointing straight up 180 degrees, and 2 leaves on the right side, the top right leaf closest to the center leaf curving approximately 45 degrees to the right , and the bottom right leaf curving approximately 90 degrees to the right. The logo features 8 small black shaded in circles dotting the outside of the bottom left leaf, and 8 small black shaded in circles dotting the outside of the bottom right leaf. The bottom right leaf also features a cricket which is shaded in black and outlined in black with no distinct features besides the outline of its shape perched on the top near the point of the bottom right leaf.
