The mark consists of Four upward facing arrows, each of them crossed at their center points. Each arrow divided in half by a dividing line through each center, from arrowhead tip, through the shaft, and through the lower feather portion. The center of the four arrows, is a double headed arrow, one arrowhead on each opposite end. The shaft of this center double headed arrow breaks above the center point to form a mirrored opposite sided image. The shaft of this middle double headed arrow also diverts with two ninety-degree angles before centering in the center point of all arrows, likewise the opposite mirrored center shaft does the same. All arrows form a concentric circle at their outermost parts. Each line and point has a sharp edge, nothing is rounded.
