The mark consists of a seal comprised of two concentric circles. The outermost circle is surrounded by a circular-design with a wavy edge. Between the outermost circle and the inner circle is the stylized wording "COA Accreditation" in an arch at the top and the stylized wording "A Service of Social Current" in an arch at the bottom. Inside the inner circle is a ribbon design comprised of the stylized letters "COA" with the "C" forming the outside border of the ribbon, the "O" forming a ribbon-shape inside the "C", and the "A" forming a ribbon shape inside the "O". A stylized banner is superimposed on top of the design. On the left side of the banner there is a small circle containing the stylized wording "SC", and in the middle of the banner there is the stylized wording "ACCREDITED".
