The mark consists of Three sigmoid curves, vertically flipped, similarly to an elongated, backwards letter S, equally spaced, arranged diagonally from top left to bottom right. The center sigmoid curve, 30-40 percent longer than the other two, exists without additional features. The outside (shorter) sigmoid curves each having a partial circular line, approximating 90 degrees of arc, of which each end of the arc touches the sigmoid near each end of the sigmoid, creating a closed negative space somewhat like a teardrop with acute ends. The arcs creating the teardrop shapes are oriented to the bottom-left of the bottom-left sigmoid curve and, to the top-right of the top-right sigmoid curve, giving the overall shape of the mark a generally circular appearance.
